Le groupe de death/thrash metal brésilien THE TROOPS OF DOOM a sorti son nouvel EP, intitulé Prelude to Blasphemy, le 12 mai 2023 via Alma Mater Records.

Il s’agit du projet de Jairo ‘Tormentor’ Guedz le guitariste fondateur et ex-membre de SEPULTURA. Il est accompagné du bassiste/chanteur Alex Kafer (ENTERRO, EXPLICIT HATE, ex-NECROMANCER), du batteur Alexandre Oliveira (SOUTHERN BLACKLIST, RAISING CONVICTION) et du guitariste Marcelo Vasco (PATRIA, MYSTERIIS).

L’EP a été mixé et masterisé par Leonardo Pagani.
