AVATAR a sorti un court-métrage intitulé Legend Of Avatar Country: A Metal Odyssey en novembre dernier. Le clip de la chanson « King’s Harvest » a été présenté dans ce film qui a vu le jour grâce au financement participatif.

Le groupe a également sorti son nouvel album, intitulé live The King Live In Paris, le 17 mai via Entertainment One (eOne). Le concert a été enregistré au Download Festival France 2018.
